Choosing Health Homemade BBQ Back Ribs


  • 3 racks Hormone free, antibiotic free back ribs
  • Sea salt 
  • Peppercorns
  • Bay leaf
  • 1 Onion roughly chopped or onion powder
  • 3 Garlic cloves or garlic powder


  1. Fill large stock pot with water.  Add sea salt and bring to a boil.  
  2. Add ribs, pepper, bay leaf, onion and garlic.
  3. Boil until ribs are tender.
  4. Remove ribs once tender and toss in a large stainless steel bowl with your favourite BBQ sauce or try one of Choosinf Health’s sauce recipes.
  5. BBQ and enjoy!
