Raw Beet, Carrot, Kohlrabi & Ginger Salad

  

I eat this salad when I’m on a cleanse. It is delicious!  I practice hot yoga and like to have the sea salt to replenish myself after a detoxifying, sweaty, hot yoga class!
Ingredients:

  • 2 large Raw beets, grated
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 kohlrabis, peeled and grated 
  • 1″ piece organic ginger finely grated
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Tablespoon cider vinegar

Method:

  1. Mix first four ingredients and toss with sea salt and vinegar.
  2. Enjoy!
