Online DBT Skills Group -Adults 16+

Empower yourself to navigate life’s challenges with our Weekly 16+ Adult DBT Group Therapy Program!  Are you seeking practical skills to manage intense emotions? Do you long for a supportive community to aid your personal growth?  Ready to embrace a journey of self-discovery and empowerment?   DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) groups offer a safe and welcoming space for adults aged 16 and above to cultivate resilience, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.  This is an educational program – participants will receive their own copy of the DBT Skills Workbook by Marsha Linehan and will be expected to complete homework between sessions.

DBT is highly recommended for individuals who suffer with difficulty regulating emotions. In my opinion, these are LIFE SKILLS and should have been taught to all of us growing up in school. Now is the time to build your toolbox of effective coping strategies to handle life’s challenges.
